Whether a single server or complete racks: we handle the physical installation of your hardware on site, from unboxing and rack mounting to connecting power and network. On request, we also carry out the orderly removal and decommissioning. You receive full documentation with photos, so you always know what is in your rack, even remotely.
Clean cabling is the foundation of stable operation. We install copper (Cat6/6A) and fiber connections following fixed routing and labeling standards, including cross-connects and patching. Every connection is tested and documented, so later changes and troubleshooting stay quick and traceable.
After installation we handle commissioning: BIOS and firmware updates, base configuration, network connection and function tests. We work to your specifications and checklists, so the systems run exactly as you need before we hand over.
When a component fails, we replace it quickly and professionally, from hard drives and power supplies to entire servers. On request we also handle RMA cases with your manufacturer: diagnosis, replacement, configuration check and return of the faulty parts. This keeps your downtime to a minimum.
When nothing works remotely, we are your eyes and hands on site. We isolate faults systematically, check connections, components and configuration, perform restarts and visual inspections, and report back clearly, often faster than dispatching your own technician would be.
No longer sure what is in your racks? We record your inventory completely: serial numbers, positions, cabling, condition. You receive structured documentation with photos that serves as a reliable basis for audits, relocations or further planning.
Relocation, consolidation or a move to a new data center: we plan and carry out migrations, from a clean shutdown and secure transport to reassembly and function testing at the destination. All coordinated, documented and designed for minimal downtime.
Sometimes you simply need someone on site fast. Through our 24/7 emergency hotline you can reach us at any time, for short-notice jobs, urgent interventions or when a system is no longer reachable. Experienced technicians step in, coordinate with you and document every step.
